No, we will not include any billing information in your package.
We do not sell individual labels. It does not look very good to stick our label over another one on a different bottle of wine. There are also laws requiring certain wording to be on a bottle of wine. We have jumped through all of the federal and state hoops to insure that laws are met. Besides, our wine is so delicious, you will want more!
Yes, you do need to be 21 years old to order a bottle of wine from WineGreeting.com. Also, shipping carriers require that someone at least 21 years old be present to sign for the delivery.
Yes, there are a few restrictions as to what you may, or may not, put on your label. It is unlawful to use profanity, threats, pornography or nudity. You cannot make any health claims regarding the content of the wine. You must be legally allowed to use any trademarks or images that are on your label.
We guarantee our wine and our product. We will send you a non-labeled bottle of wine if your wine was undrinkable. If your wine bottle was delivered to you broken, please follow up with the carrier and contact us. We will send you a labeled bottle of wine. So far, we have not had any broken bottles! Fingers crossed!
We will ship your wine within 24 hours of receiving your order and on the next business day. (We work on the weekends, but the shippers don't ship!) If we cannot meet that committment, you will receive an email. We ship via UPS and Golden State Overnight Delivery. The time it takes to get to you, from here in California, will depend on the shipping option you choose and of course, the weather. It generally takes one day to receive delivery if in California or Arizona. All other areas take 2 - 5 days.
No. We cannot have the shipper leave your package at the door or on your porch or under the oak tree to the left of your driveway. It is a legal requirement that someone at least 21 years old signs for the delivery. If that is difficult, you might want to send the bottle of wine to a business where you know someone will be available to sign for the wine.
Due to state laws it is unlawful to ship wine to Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Utah.
If you would like more information or would like to know what you could do to change the laws in your state, please visit http://freethegrapes.org/.

We realize that many of our orders will be gifts and mailed directly to your lucky recipient, so your package will be shipped in a box that upon opening is a beautiful presentation. We will include a gift card if you have filled out that part of the order form. (It's on nice stationery, and we use an elegant font!) If we know, or think we know, that you are going to use the box again, we will wrap it in brown paper so that the tape doesn't touch the box and ruin the appearance. The wine is good, the thought is nice, but appearances matter too!
We do not ship internatinally.
